Mr. Mooney practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on maritime and insurance issues as well as personal injury and labour issues. Mr. Mooney also has experience in environmental and administrative law matters. He has appeared as counsel before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada. |
