Peter is a senior litigation lawyer. His practice includes maritime cases relating to the carriage of goods, marine insurance, collision, salvage, ship source pollution, charterparty disputes, immigration, regulatory issues and commercial matters. Peter also handles cases involving professional disciplinary matters arising in a medical context. . Peter represents clients before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, both at the trial and appellant levels, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Peter also handles matters before various administrative tribunals. |
