Peter practices in the area of maritime law advising clients on a broad range of topics, including carriage of goods, marine insurance, collision, salvage, ship source pollution, charterparty disputes, immigration, regulatory issues and commercial matters. Peter represents clients before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, both at the trial and appellant levels, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
