Mark is a corporate and commercial
lawyer. He advises and represents clients in transactions involving
acquisitions, re-organizations, finance and real estate matters.
Mark has a wide-range of experience in commercial transactions
in the marine and transportation community and in international
shipping. Mark also assists corporate clients with respect to business
and executive relocation matters under NAFTA, GATS and Canadian
