Mr. Bernard's practice includes
all aspects of maritime law including collision, salvage, oil
pollution, marine insurance, cargo and passenger carriage as
well as commercial matters such as purchases, sales and financing
of vessels. Peter's representation is of international deepsea
and coastal vessel owners and charterers along with hull and
P.& I. underwriters. Peter's practice has included litigation
in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Federal Court of
Canada at trial and appellant levels as well as in arbitration
as counsel and arbitrator. |
